IMPORTANT – Once an order has been placed by the owner or person on behalf of the business with wrapped this is confirmation that terms & conditions as outlined below have been accepted by that business / customer.
Q) How do I order & when do I pay for my order? (NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE OVER $500.00. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE P & H AS THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE).
A) Order by phone, fax, email or mail, include all details i.e. name contact details, size, colour, quantity, payment method (see order form). Your order must be paid in full before dispatch . .
Cheques / Direct deposit payments : - must be received by 3 working days from order / backorder. Full payment is required. Cheques must be made out payable to WRAPPED.
Credit card payments: - 50% deposit to confirm the order / backorder. Balance charged prior to dispatch / commencement of embroidery without further advice.

WRAPPED is a wholesale business. Due to this structure WRAPPED will generate one invoice for each order placed, and will accept one method of payment. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to supply their staff with individual receipts.
Q) How do I know what size to order?
A) Wrapped sizes are from 6 to 18 (larger sizes available 20-24) ladies fitting based on Australian standard sizing. Made to fit woman.
As uniforms, they are cut for comfort. Ask yourself …what size do I currently buy? That's the best guide. If incorrect…you can simply exchange (see below for details). Regarding sizes 20-24 please inquire for styles available in these sizes. An additional $30 per garment applies.

If you are purchasing for several staff , purchase a size range / trial order up to $500.00 to establish product satisfaction. Refund up to $500.00 applies to the 1 st size range / trial order placed. No further refunds apply.
Wrapped will not accept returns for a refund for product considered unsuitable after 1 st size range / trial order.
Important: Ensure correct fit and colour has been supplied before embroidering garments as no returns will be accepted. Each garment may vary due to the process of manufacture or design amendments.
Q) How do I return goods for exchange?
A) Goods can be exchanged by returning to Wrapped within 10 days of delivery with details of the required size/colour.
Important, the purchaser is responsible for the goods and proof of return mail & costs.
Wrapped suggest Australia Post registered mail for accountability. Goods must be returned as new in original condition and packaging. Cleaning charge and no refund will apply if goods are returned dirty or damaged.
Q) Tell me about your uniforms?
A) Wrapped have developed a contemporary uniform range for style & functionality. Our uniforms are not overalls & require appropriate care, as we say….” Be kind to your uniform & it will be kind to you”. Adhere to washing & care instructions: any worn garment that may require repair due to faulty workmanship is based on the decision of Wrapped as manufacturers. This does not include hems , see disclaimer below. It is the customers responsibility that the order placed is received correctly, any garment worn or embroidered can not be returned.
Q) How do I organise my embroidery?
A) 1. Purchase size(s) of garment for fit. 2. Mail your letterhead or email (jpeg format) your logo/wording to Wrapped . 3. Return garments with a written confirmation of required sizes. 4. Wrapped will send an embroidery sample for your approval allow approx. 7-10 working days (extra samples $10 per colour) 5. Confirmed garments are then embroidered & dispatched.
One off embroidery set up costs is $50 wording, $80 wording + logo, then $10 per garment plus GST. Please note: there is no refund possible for embroidery set up cost. Wrapped will Endeavour to recreate your artwork logo to an embroidered sample, in embroidery reproductions there will be variations.
Q) What happens if goods are out of stock?
A) Goods out of stock will automatically be placed on back order. These goods will be delivered as soon as they are received from production. Please check with Wrapped on approximate lead times. Due to the process of manufacture this can be up to 8 weeks. Lead times can change outside of Wrapped's control.
Q) How do I calculate postage & handling (P & H)?
A) Wrapped use Australia Post Registered Parcel System, you will need to sign on delivery, if unable to sign for the delivery a collection card will be left to notify you of your collection point, (usually your nearest Australia post office). Your P & H covers your delivery plus 1 x exchange delivery if needed per invoice. P & H costs (below) are based on order $value & need to be added to total costs for orders within Australia .

Add $17.05 for orders to $120 Add $22.95 for orders $121 to $300 Add $28.95 for orders $301 to $500
Add $31.95 for orders $501 to $800 Add $39.95 for orders $801 to $1,000 Add $51.95 for orders $1001 to $1500
Add $55.95 for orders $1501 to $2000 Add $61.95 for orders $2000 to $2501 For orders above $2501 – P & H will be advised.
Guarantee: If your order is unsuitable, please return garments (we suggest prepaid registered post), to our address within 10 days of delivery . It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe delivery and cost of returned parcel. No exchanges or refunds can be accepted thereafter. A letter stating the reason for return must be enclosed. If a refund is required please allow 7-10 days for this to be processed
Disclaimer: Colour/shade variations occurs within each fabric delivery. All deliveries are checked & received within internationally accepted tolerances. Wrapped therefore cannot accept returns for this reason.
Blind Hemming: Blind hems are used in some garments to maintain the contemporary look of the designs. Unlike topstitching, blind hems require care; Wrapped does not accept responsibility for hems coming loose from lack of care. If this occurs, a simple hand stitch is adequate to maintain the hem. ALL
