Sample and Ordering Process / Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT - 1, 2, 3 quote process and orders placed are subject to the acceptance of terms and conditions outlined below.
THE WRAPPED CONCEPT 1, 2, 3 sample process
To receive a selection of styles, sizes and fabric swatches, follow the simple 1, 2, 3 sample process outlined below. This allows you and your team to try for fit, style and suitability of fabrics, colours and accessories. WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS does not charge for garments sent, however we do require a credit card as security against the goods. There is no charge made on this unless goods are not returned. We allow 10 working days for the selection process, and should you require more time, simply advise us. What is charged against the credit card supplied on the authoristation form is the cost for freight and handling to forward the goods from WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS. It is the customer's responsibility to pay and organise the return of all goods back to WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS.
1, 2, 3 sample process
- Advise WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS of your preferred styles, sizes, colours and fabrics. We call this your "wish list".
- WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS will forward you authorisation paperwork to be completed, signed and returned by either fax or email.
- Once authorisation paperwork is received back to WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS, your "wish list" of uniforms and fabric swatches will be express delivered (generally overnight).
Please note: WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS will put together styles and colours that are available as close to your "wish list" as possible. We also include fabric colour swatches or accessories as requested. WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS uniforms are made to order and this is why we send sample garments for you to try as we don't carry stock or accept returns or exchanges.
Fabric: Colours and fabrics offered cannot be guaranteed as always being available due to our suppliers decision to be discontinued. WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS strongly advise the customer to purchase additional fabric which we can hold on the customers behalf. Future orders then come under cut, make & trim CMT. This process can be explained more thoroughly.
Special sampling is available if you are unsure what a garment will look like in a certain colour. Costs do apply and WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS are happy to advise.
- If you are unsure of sizing and need to advise measurements, please be accurate as we go by exactly what you tell us. If you are not sure how to measure, feel free to ask.
- Delivery of orders is generally 5-8 weeks depending on fabric availability. If orders are furthered delayed for any reason WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS will not refund any monies.

Include all details, i.e. business name, contact details, size, colour, style, quantity, payment method (see order form). All orders require a deposit or full payment at time of order placed depending on payment method, and must be paid in full before dispatch.

WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS appreciates receiving orders in writing but are happy to assist if you are unable and need to phone. Please ensure you know your style numbers as it is the customer's responsibility to be accurate with what is ordered. If you are not sure what style or size is required, then follow the 1, 2, 3 quote process. WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS is a made to order manufacturer and can not accept returned garments for any reason.
Please Note: FABRIC DYE LOT colours will and do vary across different rolls of fabric. WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS CAN NOT AVOID THIS OCCURING AND WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR THIS REASON. WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS can forward swatches of the current dye lot if you require.
WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS does not refund or accept cancellations due to change of mind, incorrect style / size ordered or delayed delivery lead times.
PAYMENTS
Direct deposit payments: must be received within 24 hours from placement of order so the manufacturing process can begin. Full payment is required. Please ask for bank account details and use name on order as placed for your reference.
Cheques made payable to WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS - cheques must be received within 3 working days from placement of order to start the manufacturing process. Full payment is required.
Credit Card: 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. Balance is automatically charged when goods are being prepared for dispatch or commencement of embroidery without further advice. There is a 2.9% surcharge on Amex cards.
As a manufacturer / wholesale business, one invoice will be generated under the business name for each order placed with one method of payment. It is therefore the customer's responsibility if required to supply their staff with individual receipts.
SIZING
Our sizes are from 4 to 18. Larger sizes are available from 20-24.
Sizes 20-24 incur an additional $30.00 plus GST.
Fits are based on Australian women's standard sizing.
Our uniforms are cut for comfort and movement and are not based on youth fashion fits.
EMBROIDERY
To set up your logo, please send a letterhead or jpg file, which will then be digitized (converted from print to a sew out). The once off cost is $80 plus GST (non-refundable and pre-paid). We will then send a sew out to you for approval. If logo is not approved, the setup fee will not be refunded. For each garment embroidered you will be charged $15 plus GST.
Please let WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS know if you want to go ahead as this takes approx. 10 days to set up. It is up to the customer to provide artwork for actual colours and logo.
Important: Ensure correct fit and colour has been supplied before embroidering garments as mistakes can be made in manufacturing.
No embroidered returns will be accepted. Garments may vary due to the process of manufacture, design amendments or incorrect ticketing. Do not assume the size is correct - always check your new delivery before you embroider.
UNIFORM CARE & MAINTANANCE
WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS has developed an original range of contemporary uniforms for style and functionality. Our uniforms are not overalls and require appropriate care.
WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS created the saying "Be kind to your uniforms and they will be kind to you".
Protect your uniforms from oily products or those that may cause staining.
Washing and care instructions are based on every day wear not to include products that cause staining. Avoid friction as this can cause pilling on certain fabric qualities.
Repair due to faulty workmanship or customer's incorrect washing and care process is based on the decision of WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS as manufacturers.
Guarantee: Any faulty issues with garments will be addressed up to 6 months.
MADE TO ORDER [BESPOKE]
Due to the nature of manufacturing, lead times can change outside of our control.
As a manufacturer, this involves purchasing fabric, accessories, cutting; fusing and the making process can vary. Goods are made to order and will be placed onto our production schedule once payment has been received. These goods will be delivered as soon as they are completed from production. Please check with WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS on approximate lead times.
FREIGHT and HANDLING
Freight and handling (below) are based on order value, and needs to be added to total costs for orders within Australia.
Freight and Handling prices include GST.

Add $24.50 for orders $131 to $300
Add $31.50 for orders $301 to $600
Add $34.50 for orders $601 to $900
Add $41.50 for orders $901 to $1000
Add $54.50 for orders $1001 to $1500
Add $59.50 for orders $1501 to $2000
Add $64.50 for orders $2000 to $2501
Overseas Freight and Handling is calculated per order.
WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS will not accept return to sender parcels. If for any reason a parcel needs to be returned to WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS, the purchaser should obtain proof of returned parcel paperwork to be available if required.
WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS designs are original and created from the very beginning of the Style idea, design and sketched, prototype [sample] made, pattern created, fabric purchased, accessories purchased, garments cut, sewing, garments pressed, folded and dispatched. It is for these reasons we take copyright very seriously. If our designs are copied or taken elsewhere for copying then WRAPPED CONCEPT UNIFORMS will take legal action.
