Our 1, 2, 3 sample process takes the guess work out of making the right choice. Give us your "wish list", i.e. styles, colours, sizes and fabrics that you would like to see and we then send them to you and your team to try. See our 1, 2, 3 sample process below.

Our concepts are unique - WRAPPED is a "vertical operation" which means our original designs, patterns, cutting, quality control, pressing and dispatch are carried out on site.

This also means WRAPPED can tailor designs to your individual needs: longer/shorter sleeves/pant lengths, button, piping, pocket, zips, action backs - even size splitting on one garment, (e.g. a tunic with an upper body size 8 and lower body size 10) offering flexibility to met your needs.

The Wrapped 1, 2, 3 sample process

To receive a selection of styles, sizes and fabric swatches, follow the simple process outlined below. This allows you and your team to try for fit, style, suitability of fabrics, colours and accessories. WRAPPED does not charge for the garments sent, however we do ask for delivery costs to forward and return the goods. A credit card is required for security – there is no charge made on this security unless goods are not returned. We allow 10 working days for the selection process. Should you require more time, simply advise us.

1, 2, 3 sample process

  1. Advise WRAPPED of your preferred styles, sizes, colours and fabrics. We call this your "wish list".
  2. WRAPPED will forward you authorisation paperwork to be completed, signed and returned by either fax or email.
  3. Once authorisation paperwork is received back to WRAPPED, your wish list of uniforms and fabric swatches will be express delivered (generally overnight).

Please note: WRAPPED will put together styles and colours that are available as close to your wish list as possible. We also include fabric colour swatches or accessories as requested. WRAPPED uniforms are made to order. This is why we send sample garments, as we don’t carry stock or accept returns or exchanges.

  • Be accurate, as we go by exactly what you tell us (e.g. measurements). If you are not sure how to measure, feel free to ask.
  • Delivery of an order is generally 2-5 weeks depending on fabric availability.
